Quite often those students who graduate from a BA program in Political Science prove to be much more competent in certain managerial and specialist positions than their fellow graduates overspecialized in law or economics, because political specialists are able to flexibly combine the elements of their wide range of knowledge. Therefore, many times they are preferred in organizational, managerial or local governmental positions where there is a high chance for conflict and a constant need for negotiation and discretion.
Social and political history, political philosophy and history of ideas, political science, sociology, economics, law, comparative politics, international relations, European studies, communication and informatics, the Hungarian political system, public administration, constitutional politics, local politics, national security, environment protection.
In central and regional political and social organizations, political parties, local governments, nonprofit organisations, funds, as a political specialist, analyst, political consultant, political organizer and manager, in decision-making preparation, interest groups and lobbying, project writing and political journalism.
In the Parliament, political parties, interest groups, local governments, civil organizations,
institutions of the media, scientific institutions and public funds.
